Right out of the box, two of the plastic load-bearing connectors at the bottom corners were already broken. These components are essential to the structural integrity of the tent. Without them, the frame cannot be properly assembled, and the tent is physically unable to stand. In practical terms, this product is completely unusable.
This is not a cosmetic defect — it is a fundamental structural failure. For a tent positioned in this price and performance category, this level of manufacturing quality is unacceptable. A failure at a critical stress point indicates either poor material selection, flawed structural design, or inadequate quality inspection. Any of these is deeply concerning.
As someone with real outdoor usage requirements, I depend on equipment reliability. Receiving a tent that cannot even be assembled directly disrupted my trip plans and caused significant inconvenience.
