This is the first instant tent we have owned, this thing has been from East Coast to West Coast twice, in rain, in wind and a little snow, still good as new, holds 2 large camping cots a xxl dog bed a porta potty and all our bags, still have room, me at 64 takes me about 5 min to set up including putting stakes down and probably close to 10 to take down and put in the supplied bag, we spent a week in 30 degree nights and used a little electric heater to keep it 65-70 inside, only thing I would buy extra is some heavy duty stakes you only need 6, this tent is durable, warm and plenty of room to stand up, whenever we wear this one out, I will order another
