Hilton and Hilton Garden Inn Bengaluru Embassy TechVillage Outer Ring Road have strengthened their senior leadership team with four experienced hospitality professionals joining key roles across operations, commercial strategy, human resources, and finance
Bringing together expertise from leading hospitality brands and diverse business environments, the new leadership team will support the hotels’ focus on operational excellence, exceptional guest experiences, and sustainable growth.
The new appointments include Ramandeep Singh as Hotel Manager, overseeing overall hotel operations and guest experience; Aparna Ajith as Commercial Director, leading revenue strategy, corporate partnerships, and MICE initiatives; Srinivasa Rao as Cluster Director HR, driving talent development, employee engagement, and organisational culture; and Sheetal Aggarwal as Cluster Director of Finance, responsible for financial strategy, compliance, and operational efficiency.

Ramandeep Singh, Hotel Manager, Hilton and Hilton Garden Inn Bengaluru Embassy TechVillage, brings over two decades of hospitality experience across luxury and upscale brands, having held leadership roles with The Oberoi Group, JW Marriott New Delhi, Andaz New Delhi, DLF Luxury Hotels, and Conrad Pune, along with international exposure in London. In his new role, Ramandeep will lead the property’s day-to-day operations, driving service excellence and delivering a consistent guest journey across the dual-branded complex.

Aparna Ajith, Commercial Director, Hilton Hotels Bengaluru Outer Ring Road Embassy Tech Village, brings over 12 years of experience across sales, marketing, revenue strategy, and business growth, having worked with renowned hospitality brands including Marriott, and IHCL. In her role, Aparna will drive commercial strategy, corporate partnerships, MICE initiatives, and market development, further strengthening the property as a Smarter Stay on Bengaluru’s Outer Ring Road (ORR).

Srinivasa Rao, Cluster Director HR, Hilton and Hilton Garden Inn Bengaluru Embassy TechVillage, brings over 22 years of experience in human resources within the hospitality sector, having managed HR functions across multiple properties and markets with Accor Hotels India. As part of an expansion of his existing role, he will now oversee HR operations for Hilton and Hilton Garden Inn Bengaluru Embassy TechVillage, alongside Hilton Bengaluru Embassy Manyata Business Park and Hilton Bangalore Embassy GolfLinks. In this expanded mandate, Srinivasa will lead people strategy, talent development, employee engagement and initiatives aimed at building a strong and inclusive workplace culture.

Sheetal Aggarwal, Cluster Director of Finance, Hilton and Hilton Garden Inn Bengaluru Embassy TechVillage Outer Ring Road, is a Chartered Accountant with over 24 years of experience. Sheetal brings extensive expertise in financial strategy, business partnering, finance transformation, governance, and hotel operations. Her current portfolio has now been extended to include finance operations at Hilton and Hilton Garden Inn Bengaluru Embassy TechVillage, in addition to Hilton Bengaluru Embassy Manyata Business Park and Hilton Bangalore Embassy GolfLinks.
Prior to joining Hilton, she held senior finance leadership roles with Amazon, Marriott International, Shangri-La Hotels & Resorts, InterContinental Hotels Group (IHG), SUJÁN Luxury Hospitality, The Oberoi Group and ICICI Bank. Throughout her career, she has successfully led hotel pre-openings, ERP implementations, finance transformation initiatives, and large-scale operational excellence programs.
